Public Relations
The Public Relations Committee is responsible for publicity in support of all BAC events, coordinates membership drives for BAC each semester, and assists the coordinator in the preparation of public statements of policy and official positions of the Black Affairs Council concerning controversial or topical issues.

My name is Christian Keys, I’m from Mitchell, South Dakota. I’m a 21-year-old Junior studying Radio Television and Digital Media with a specialization in Animation, with a double minor in Japanese, and Creative Writing. I was heavily involved with the fine arts department in high school, and throughout my college career so far. I’m a Student Producer for WSIU, The Historian for Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity, as well as the Photographer for BAC. Joining BAC has had a profound impact on me being closer to my culture, and the black experience.
